I visited Dr. Mirali for hyperpigmentation that I've struggled with for years.she was very patient and answered all my queries and discussed in detail of my skin care routine and gave me suggestions after that she provided a very thorough scan to see the depth of the pigment before recommending a tailored plan of [Prescription Topicals]. I can't recommend Dr Mirali enough. I've had various treatments with her since late 2023, but recently have started microneedling. She is thorough and will be able to answer any questions or concerns you have with her expertise. I can trust her to be honest about a treatment, and she ensures I have the information required so I can give her full, informed consent before beginning anything new. Results are subtle and natural looking - it's worth saying that the procedures I've had are non-invasive. When I first came to her my skin was sensitive and dull. Under her advice, medical grade skincare, and non invasive procedures to improve collagen production it's now more resilient and radiant.
Most recently my formerly sensitive skin has tolerated two rounds of microneedling exceptionally well, and this is down to Dr Mirali's skill and knowledge of her work - and my skin. She also communicates with me between sessions - always reminding me about preparation and aftercare for microneedling, skin peels etc. She is very kind and friendly in her manner, always putting me at my ease. I can't recommend her enough!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Mirali! I had a very thorough skin consultation and treatment. She took the time to explain the consent form, expectations, risks, and after-care in great detail, which made me feel very comfortable and well informed. She was incredibly kind and caring throughout the entire procedure, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Dr Mirali is always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions too. Above all, I am super, super happy with the results. She is a truly lovely doctor, and I couldn’t recommend her enough!
