Dr. Mirali Aesthetics Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Dr Mirali Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. Please read the following policy carefully before booking.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the treatment cost.
• Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in a charge of 30% of the treatment cost.
• Cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically applied via our booking system (Glowday Pro).
We appreciate as much notice as possible, as this allows us to offer appointments to other patients.
Refunds
• Consultation fees are non-refundable.
• Treatment fees are non-refundable once treatment has been administered.
• If a treatment is deemed unsuitable following consultation, no treatment will proceed and any prepaid treatment amount (excluding consultation) will be refunded or credited.
Consultations
• All treatments are subject to a full medical consultation prior to proceeding.
• For new patients, we strongly recommend booking a consultation appointment to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your concerns.
• We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or in your best medical interest.
Age Policy
• Injectable treatments are strictly for patients aged 18 and over.
• You may be required to provide valid photo ID during your consultation as proof of age.
• Patients under 18 are not eligible to book any injectable treatments.
Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
• This may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the relevant fee.
