We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your appointment after 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services. If you are not satisfied with the results of your treatment, you may request a refund within 30 days of your treatment. We will review your request and make a decision on a case-by-case basis.
